Hi Scotty,
My 2007 Civic had a TSB regarding cracking engine blocks around 100K+ miles, involving losing coolant and possible extensive engine damage with repairs exceeding the car's value. Probably due to the relatively low problem percentage or safety concern, it wasn't a recall. With only 80K miles, would you advise selling the car before the potential problem develops?

I would probably sell it myself just for peace of mind. There was not a recall, so it likely is a rare problem, but it would be on my mind and I'd be better off getting a replacement vehicle.
