Is $4500 a good price for a 2008 Honda Fit manual transmission with 150000 miles? I have a 2016 Honda Fit with the CVT automatic transmission. It has 80000miles. Should I sell my newer Fit and buy the older one with the manual transmission? Which one is better?

A manual is better than a cat. I think it's better to keep.the car you know long as you aren't having any major problems.

I would not do that. Better the devil you know than the one you don't.
Just make sure you take care of the CVT by changing the fluid religiously with Honda OEM fluid only.
