The front windshield wipers do not work on “INT”(intermittent mode)and “LO” (low mode). High mist, washer work. I got a new switch and installed, but the condition did not change. I got a wiper motor from eBay the wipers acted the same way. Then I checked to see if the power (voltage) is going to the plug on the motor.
Green wire (high) and black wire(ground?) : YES
Pink wire (park) and Blue wire (low) : NO

Roger you got a bad wiper motor assembly I'm assuming it was a used one or a cheap Chinese made one all the controls are inside the module on the motor assembly itself
