[Solved] Honda Ridgeline tick

My girlfriend has a 2007 Honda Ridgeline automatic v6 vtec with 190500 miles on it. I did the timing belt at 100k I plan on doing it again at 200k. I always change the oil every 5000 miles and I use Mobil 1 oil but the vehicle has had a light tick for a while but recently the tick got worse. What should I do to see what it is? Is it anything worth fixing? I thought maybe lifters and valve adjustment but I don’t know nothing compared to a mechanic doing it for 50+ years haha. Let me know what I should do please and thank you and I love the videos keep em up!

Hondas are different than most of the cars they have mechanically adjustable valves I would check the valve adjustment first and pray it's not a worn part worse than just loose valve adjusters

Definitely pay a shop to do it professionally.

It's most likely in need of valve adjustment. This should be done every 60k miles/5 years.

Thanks Scotty! Especially for how fast the response is. I’ve never done valves in any of the Honda’s I’ve owned. Should I try and adjust the valves myself or should I have A shop do it
