- Hey Scotty, I have a 2011 Honda Accord with 216k miles. I have a vibration that makes my car feel like it’s going to explode. This vibration i feel around 65-80mph and it’s the worst when I just let off the accelerator, I can shift into Neutral and the sound stays the same. I have bought new rims/tires/right side motor mount/control arm/and wheel Bering on the right side. I made a discovery though, if I just barely hit the gas when in park, just under 1000rpm it makes that same vibration. I looked up problems with this car and I found transmission mount a common issue, but after my discovery it feels like there is some feedback coming from my motor and sending that energy into the frame/body. At high speeds it sorta feels like unsecured plastic or bodywork. Im dealing with multiple sources of vibrations and each time the sound changes a bit. It’s getting better, but barely…

Have you checked for loose suspension components, or wear in axle CV joints?
