I have a 2019 Honda Civic 2.0 liter just tested the battery with top don battery tester on cold engine before start up at 50 degree weather in California. It reads that the battery voltage is at 12.56 volts. Is this a normal healthy battery?

Perfectly healthy. It will go down over time. The healthy range is around 12.1V to 12.6V. Consider changing the battery if it dips below 12.1V.
