1996 Toyota 4Runner Limited. 255,000 Automatic. My horn stays on with the clock spring plugged in and works normally when unplugged. I have tried 2 new clock springs and no luck. Thanks for any help.

Well, I'd assume the switch on the steering wheel is bad then because that's what operates at ultimately
