Hi scotty, im from michigan and have a 98 4runner , 3.4 v6, and ive noticed if i start it up while the engine is hot it will kind of sputter a bit, then fire and run perfectly fine. And when i started it up this morning for example in sub freezing temps, it cranks and fires perfectly fine without any sputtering. Could it possibly be because of a leaky injector?

it could be. Try putting pressure gauge on the fuel system.
