Hi Scotty, how can one tell if an odometer been manipulated if the car has no maintenance history, thanks

Like @mountainmanjoe said, it’s difficult without a paper trail.
But, you can check things like wear & tear on the steering wheel, driver’s seat, pedals, compression test the engine, etc.
Some car’s ECU an be checked with a fancy dealer level scan tool to reveal the mileage stored in it.
Otherwise, go with the cues I mentioned above.
