Maintenance Question!

I have on 2007 manual hyundai accent with 156k miles. What maintenance should I do if I know all the belts (including timing), an alignment, the plugs and coil packs have been replaced recently, but am not sure how long it's been since anything else was done? Will changing out fluids (coolant, trans, etc.) hurt anything if it's gone this long without being changed? Anything else I should consider? Thank you!

Change all fluids if you don't know when they were last changed.

Do the air filter, hoses and belts, especially the cam drive belt, should it have one. . Plus I would do the checks that a mechanic would do to assess a car I would buy - check brake pads, rotors, check  wheel bearing and CV boots, loose/worn suspension parts, exhaust system, tires, coolant leaks, oil leaks, etc.
