- I have a 2014 Mitsubishi lancer ralliart. What does my engine light comes on and goes off back and forth here and there. So i scan and it said P0171 system too lean (bank 1) my car drive perfect. No delays in the car, no jerking or shaking nothing. Just all had a new transmission put in the car as well. Nothing seems loose that I saw at lease. I need help before I take my car to the shop snd get charge so much money.
Engine? Mileage?

P0171 means your engine is running lean or the ECU thinks the engine is running lean.
