I have a 2012 Ford Fusion with a 2.5l 4 cylinder engine. I’ve had it for 4 years and I’ve never had any problems with it, besides the AC, until around 125,000 miles. It’s been stuttering or maybe misfiring at around 2000 RPM. I changed the spark plugs and the ignition coils but it’s still stuttering. Any ideas?

Scan it for codes to be sure if it misfires or not. If it does, check the FAQ.

Have you checked for codes? Could be the fuel delivery system such as fuel filter or injectors. It can also be something like an air filter or even the exhaust.
