It's called "slamming", but this is a pretty extreme example. More of a novelty. You can see the the trunk is occupied by the rear axle/suspension. He had to cut holes in the hood to make room for the front tires. The engine is also sticking out. This car will have zero cushioning from bumps.

Hahaha well it may look like a neat trick, but as @mountainmanjoe said, every bump is going to hurt like heck.
Basically he just slammed the car all the way to the ground, bringing the shell of the car down over the suspension, tires, etc. I would, of course, never recommend doing that as it is completely impractical to drive and basically a gimmick now. But that looked like a cheap beater car anyway so in that case why not? Just realize it'll bottom out trying to go over a flat Coke can. Zero clearance. {black}:laugh:
