Hello. How many coolant flushes does it take to get stop leak build up out of a cooling system?

It should come out with a single flush if you take your time doing it. You can disconnect hoses and flush components individually to make sure you get the entire system cleaned out. I'd probably replace the thermostat when you're done just to make sure nothing gets caught inside and clogs it up.
