A car lot attached to a site my company does security at sells donated cars and last night I saw a 

1995 Lexus ES300 w/ 37k mi 

Body/ interior looks to be in perfect shape. The window sticker says $4500 

They don't negotiate but I do know that if a car doesn't sell in 30 days, they lower the price. 

Is this such a gem, that the chance it sits and the price comes down is a gamble not to take and I should scoop it up before it's gone? 

Personally, I think I would go as high as $3k but do you think it's going to need much replaced? This is southern California where plastic and rubber get old and wear out whether you drive a lot or a little. It appears to be garaged as the paint and leather are simply beautiful.
