First time it was done was december 2020 after car being 10 yrs old with 60k miles
done again after 2 months. with honda oem
alot of forums are saying to do a 3x3 drain and fill do it 3 times and drive till it get hots between changes. so should i go ahead and do it third time? when 10k miles and 6 months have passed

no that's overkill. Just do another drain+fill around 100k or 2025
it just looks dirty now. and when i pull dipstick when cars hot its goes

i put 3.5 quarts or 3.65 ish and it goes over whole mark not just middle
it looks nice and clear and red to me.
thats not from my car its just an example of the stick ill send one tmr
