How to fix windshield water dispenser

Gotta make, model and year of your vehicle? Could be a lot of things that make the nozzles not spray. If you hear the pump humming, most likely plugged nozzles or perhaps you're out of fluid. Check those first.

do you hear the washer fluid motor coming on? Is there washer fluid, I know, a crazy question?
If you hear the motor, look under the hood to see if the fluid is squirting out somewhere. It could be a broken line, or clogged.
Any more info you have on what is happening would be helpful.
