Hello Scotty from North-West Indiana, we love you videos, please keep up the wonderful work. In 2018 my husband and I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze LS 1.8L i4 with automatic transmission with 52K miles on it. It now has over 150k miles. We do a lot of highway driving for commuting. Since owning the vehicle, the only maintenance that we've done is routine oil changes, tires, brakes, and replaced the spark plugs and coil packs(at 130k miles). We are not currently having any issues with the vehicle, it has been really reliable so far, my question for you is, what can we do to get another 100k miles out of it?

Keep doing what you’ve been doing & baby it on the highway. Because the only other known way is to buy a Toyota or Honda when your Cruze finally throws in the towel..

Realise highway mileage is 10% of city mileage, so your theoretical mileage is closer to 60,000 miles. But keep up the good work, because credit where it’s due!

Do everything @InThrustWeTrust said and consider yourself very lucky. Those cars are known for problems at 100k.

Now, as was noted above, you have a lot of highway miles so really you aren't to the point of having issues just yet. But maintain it and see how far you can get it to go.

Just keep up on the regular maintenance as you've been doing. Make sure not to skip anything in the owner's manual. I would change the coolant and transmission fluid+filter.

If you get any squeaks, clunks or rattles, make sure you get them looked at. And let a mechanic look over your car once in a while. Up on the lift, they can catch problems before they get more expensive.
