- After replacing the alternator I tried to put the belt back on and I can't because the tensioner pulley won't move anymore what should I do?

is it the correct size belt? (a car model may have different sizes depending on options)
is it a tension fit belt which requires a mounting tool?
Yes I made sure it was the right size
