I have this Automatic 1990 Honda Accord Ex with over 275000km thats only ever had a water pump replacement and the seasonal oil change it runs amazing but I'm wondering what possible things could be done to make sure it never dies?

Unfortunately you would be breaking the law of physics to make it last forever because with friction all machines eventually break down. But does your well-made vehicles just keep taking care of it as you have you never know I've seen it with 500,000 on them

Timing belt and maintain fluid levels and conditions is your best bet for a long life
