It a 1993 Lancia Dedra 2.0 with manual transmission It is a 4 cylinder non turbo engine. I can't find any sports muffler for it except those universal Magnaflow. I don't want straight pipes. What could I do?

Consider not doing it...
I would consult a classic import shop with expertise on that particular car. May require some travel. If you can find a Lancia club online or at a car show, they might have suggestions.
Don't just wing it or take it to the local guy down the street. Any schmuck can make it "louder" but also tinny and drony. Also, don't just order a cheap kit off Ebay (if such a thing exists).
With a car like that, I assume you want it to sound refined and professional. I'm guessing it will probably require some special-order import parts and a good amount of custom fab.
a 2.0L??
If you amplify that, your car will sound like a very annoying lawn trimmer.

Making it louder will just give the Greenies more ammunition to force everybody into quiet EVs.
