I purchased a new truck. 2021 Ford Ranger. What should I do or not do to make my truck last long?

Follow the owner’s manual, in general. When it comes to the engine oil change, however, change sooner at every 5,000 miles. Also, with that 10-speed AT, I would also change sooner at every 40,000 miles.

Unfortunately, no amount of preventive maintenance or care is going to extend the life of a poorly engineered and built vehicle.
