im sorry to be a bother but mechanics where i live at is lazy i wanna try to fix it my self now plz i need help before the snow hits

You forgot to mention a few details. Different vehicles require different procedures and present differing levels of difficulty.

If you have the proper tools and an adequate understanding of how a power steering system works, sure. If you don't understand seals or how power steering is at a very high pressure, best you don't mess with it.
