While driving down, My Hyundai Santafe 2013 suddenly displayed that the driver side door was not closed when it was actually closed. runs 145000 kilometers.
when I tried to central lock it, it doesn't lock since the system still thinks one of the driver door is open. I tried to open and close the door a few times but it stil keeps coming.
What could be the problem. Is it the actuator? Should I replace the actuator or is it something else. Otherwise a trouble free car.
It's likely the sensor going bad. If you are sure it is closing and latching correctly, then that would be my guess.
When i push the lock button to lock position and then pull the door knob, it opens the lock and door when actually it should not be doing anything since it is in a lock position.
What could it be.
