Crank no start on my 2009 kia Rio. I replaced the starter,spark plugs,coil packs,battery,cam shaft position sensor.still not working. I had a code for a misfire on 2 cylinders. Replaced spark plugs and ignition coils. Replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, starter, battery. I was getting a code for misfire on 2 cylinders. Did a complete tune up. Replace the starter and cam shaft position sensor. Still won't start. Checked all the fuses and relays. I think it's either a fuel or spark issue. Need help. Been working on this car for 3 weeks
