I have 2017 Toyota camry se with 75K miles. I usually get 0W-20 oil during oil changes but in the recent oil changes the mechanic has accidentally added 0w-16 at 75K. Will this be an issue for my car? Should I drive normally and get 0w-20 at the next oil change.

your car will be fine.
Use whatever your owner's manual says.
My owners manual say 0w-20 which I was using till now.
