My 03 Honda Accord EX pulls to the right when I drive it.

All cars pull to the right a bit due to crowning in the road. Feel the wheels on the right side for heat in case a brake is stuck. Check that all tires are inflated properly. Check your bearings. Have your alignment checked.

If you haven't had an alignment done in a while, that could be a your problem, and is the simplest solution. Parts of the suspension are probably worn out, which for a 21-year-old car is not unlikely. Troubleshoot.
