I have a 08 pntiac torrent 179,900 miles i have had the code reader it was a p301 i believe and it was ( engine misfire cylinder 1) ive replaced the plugs, plug wires, coil pack and i still have the problem, it idles between 800 & 1,000 rpm at steady idle small amount of water out of the exhaust and a bad shaky idle if you can help id appreciate it.

How is the coolant level. I would have a compression and cylinder leakage tests done since you’ve already done the plugs and wires . Aside from that I would check the injector as well
