Well have you ever eaten the car cuz there was a hole in the radiator all bets are off you'll have to start from scratch to analyze the engine. Start by doing my video how to tell if your head gasket is blown Scotty. You can also do compression test of the engine to see if it's been damaged in less compression than any of the cylinders start with basics
If you haven't upgraded to dual electric fans instead of the flexlite or clutch style, after you sort all of that out it would be a good idea.
I didn't know champion made radiators but "be cool" seems to make a quality product that can be tailored to your application.
It's not the same company as Champion spark plugs if that's what you're thinking. They're China-made all-aluminum radiators. Actually pretty nice, I have a Champion radiator in one of my vehicles.
