I have a 1995 ford ranger v6 manual transmission. I can’t pull out the key and the key only turn to on. Only turns on the lights and everything except the truck is the key bad?

Could be a bad key, or could also be an old, worn out, and broken ignition/key hole.

In the case that it is not worn out or broken. One thing to try is to pull the steering wheel all the way left or all the way right (as much as possible), then try to unlatch the key.

There is often some sort of safety mechanism that locks the steering wheel and the ignition. And sometimes pulling to the left or the right can help unlatch it.
