Do you see white smoke when the engine is warm and you rev it up or it only appears when the engine is cold?

About the TSB, they may not do a good job since I believe it was done free of charge, but I might be wrong.

@yaser
The smoke doesn't last long and yes just at the first startup of the day after sitting overnight when the engine is cold

That is good news. It should be water vapor due to the engine start up and you should not worry about it.

Keep an eye on coolant levels and if you have to start adding coolant, we got a place to attack/fix (head gasket).  Other things can cause this though, hence keep an eye on it.  And yes, proper repairs will make a car last.  However, everything has a lifespan.  How many year/miles are you hoping for?

@hillbilly
This is my second work car so I hope to keep it as long as possible. I've seen some 2007 Camry's make 300000 miles before death so that would be the goal
