- I paid $3,000 for a 2008 trailblazer with 300,000 miles.
- What can I expect to go wrong with it?
- It also came with a 2004 Kia optima that jumped time.

Literally everything is suspect on a 300k+ mile vehicle. I would suggest maintaining it well and expecting repairs to be in the near future.
As for the Kia, well, it makes a good bonfire. That's about it.
