I have a 2010 f150 do I have a bad starter one is clicking really loud like clunking and getting stuck there with the ignition on
I have a 2010 f150 when I click emissions on the car won't start with the Stars like get stuck and just keeps going going going very loud does that mean I have a bad starter?

Yes and pray it hasn't damaged the flywheel
