I recently put new head gasket on my 2010 sierra bcuz I had white smoke from the exhaust and a fuel smell
I also changed my intake manifold gaskets, knocker sensors and wiring harness, plug wires and spark plugs all new while I had everything tore apart
As soon as I tried to test drive my entire truck was shaking so I put the code reader on and 0P300 I think was a multiple misfire

Pray the job was done correctly. That way you won't be looking at engine failure. Have you done a leak-down test yet? Since all the parts are new, I would first make sure everything is good and tight, and then do a leak-down test, after do a smoke test.
