I have a 2011 civic , when I changed the spark plug one had oil on it , the tip was dry , I know it may be a seal , but how do you fix it since this 1.8 engine don’t have the spark plugs with the cam cover like they used to,.

are you sure it wasn't just the valve cover leaking down onto it?
