I have a 2015 Chrysler 200..It has over 200,000 miles on it.Three weeks ago l was slowing down to make a turn and my RPM jumped up to 4.My and, park, traction control, and service transmission light all came on at the same time.
My RPM is running at 4 rpms at 45 miles a hour. The revs up and act like it doesn't want to go. When I stop at a stoplight sometimes when I hit the gas it won't move I have to put it in the park then put it back in drive in order to get it to go can you help me out
Well sad but true. The transmission is in all events breaking down. But on the other hand you hold a world record. I've never seen a Chrysler 200 transmission last that long. They were rolling piles of Italian garbage. Now check if you got lucky. Maybe some of the electronics broke down on a transmission. They are electronically controlled but from my experience it's usually pretty much toast when they act like that with that kind of mileage on them
