I have a Honda Accord 1990 lx automatic Four-cylinder Each morning I wake up I turn it to the on Position two times and on the third turn it will stay on what should I check any advice?

We would need more details about the specific problem. Do you have any check engine lights on? How long do you crank it? Does it do it when its warm, cold, or both outside? Share anything you think is relevant to the issue.

Several reasons this might occur; fuel injectors, fuel pump, or starter motor could be the culprit

I had an old rav 4 with tons of miles and the oem sparks. Didn't want to cold start in the morning either. Replaced spark plugs, issue went away the next morning!
