I have a Honda Civic ex manual transmission, the fuel pump, distributor, spark plug wires, relay in the glove box, battery, have been replaced. the car looses all electrical at once. I can turn it back on and it looses electric. Jiggle the key, it ok

What could cause the power to stop.

I have dealt with the same issue, rest assured its the contacts in your ignition switch. It does not require a new switch assembly but it does require the steering column to be taken apart and the back end of the switch contacts be replaced... Believe it or not there was a recall for this back in the day...

You've left out vehicle details requested in the site instructions, such as year and mileage. Also please note that the subject line is for a short description of your topic, not the full details which belong in the body of your post. Thank you. (Title edited.)

I have a 1999 Honda Civic ex manual 5 speed.  Millage 203450. Clutch master cylinder leaks, changed relay in glovebox, distributor cap & ignition rotor and distributor. Catalytic converter. Fuel pump, supposedly the timing chain. The car looses all electrical at once. It can be restarted but is so bad now it's not drivable. Any advise? 😃

This strongly suggests your 25-26 year-old ignition switch is worn out.
