I have a Toyota Camry 2002 miles 232544 the problem I been having with it is that the gas dose not flow how it supposed to automatic sometimes I need to accelerate it so the gas can flow. What can I do in this situation with what can I clean it?
Can you please elaborate your issue with the help of a YouTube video?

Clean the throttle body. Scotty has a video on that.
