2011 toyota landcruiser prado automatic
This car was originally built for Dubai with a 120 k/mh speed alarm installed.
The car is been used in Ghana and want to remove speed alarm as there is no speed limit in the country. My question is it possible to remove it and if so how.

I found this online:
Its a setting in main menu -> navigation menu. You can turn on/off the speed limit symbol on the big screen and turn on/off the spoken warning when exceeding the speedlimit.

Is it just an audio alarm or is the vehicle’s speed limited to 120kph?
If it’s from the factory (not aftermarket), you may have to contact the Toyota dealer or someone with a dealer level scan tool, to reprogram the ECU.
