I have a volvo v50 but it does not want to start, I have replaced the starter still nothing. Engine turns. Please help

There are a lot of things that can cause a no-start situation. Assuming the engine is OK internally it boils down to either lack of spark or lack of fuel. A quick test to determine which is to spray a little starting fluid into the engine air intake. If the engine briefly fires up when you crank it you have spark, meaning you have a fuel delivery problem. If it doesn't fire up you have no spark.
How old is the fuel filter? (Is it clogged?) Do you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the ignition on? Check fuses and relays related to ignition and fuel pump.
