Hi scotty, I would like to ask you about some problem happening on my civic 2012. the problem is that whenever there is a bump, or when parking my car on the driveway, and specially when going in reverse, there is like a cranking noise from the front on the car, I have done some research and seems like a strut problem, I have replaced it with a kyb strut, and the strut mounts, and the problem is still present after that. I am honestly very lost and I do not know what to do, (this problem seems to be pretty common among the 9th gen), have you ever seen a 9th gen civic having this issue? the noise is very annoying. Adding proactively WD-40 spray reduces the noise about 10%.
Thanks a lot!
Any Warren rubber bushing in the lower control arm or sway bar bushings can cause creaky. Now to find it watch my video finding the source of car noises Scotty. Such a device you can easily find the source of where a creek is actually coming from without guessing
thanks a lot scotty!
