I have Mazda CX9 2020 and it only has 5,000 mile, every time I set the headlights on the automatic mode, and turned off the engine, and left the car for two days withe nothing left working behaind from lights, I found that the battery was completely discharged and the engine was not working becose of that

You have a battery drain issue in the automatic headlight circuit. Scotty has a video on that.
It should also be under warranty. if so, take it to the dealer.
