Is that better to run 89 octane with out atahanol compare 91 octane with atahanol on 2008 infinity m35x.

What does the manufacturer say in your owner's manual?
If the engine is knocking using unleaded and this is recommended by the manufacturer, your ignition timing could be off. Use the octane rating suggested by the manufacturer.
if the engine is knocking you might also have to clean it, its nearly 15 years old, no idea how much you drove it, sometimes higher octane gas has some cleaners additives in it. But yeah, if it suggest running 89 and says 91 will give more performance, that's only if you're driving it alot faster.
Is only spark knoks about 1.8-2.2 k rpms undel load like going up big hill.
And how do you clean it.
I did change plugs, filter, mas air, different oil, throttle body and butterfly, pcv and add CACH Can.

There's special fluids you can buy at autopart stores that you can ask for, you basically poor it in the gas tank and it cleans the gunk out of the cylinder heads.

Manufacturer say run unleaded gas but for better performance run hi actane.
Plus when I when I run on athanol free gas it doesn't speak knock as much.

Unleaded gas with ethanol is still unleaded gas. If it is knocking, step up to the next octane grade.

fill the tank with premium gas
see if there is a difference
from that point on.
buy better gas
AND NEVER FILL UP IF A TANKER IS FILLING THE STATION"S TANKS
new gas being pumped into the holding tank stirs up all kinds of crud.
you come along and put the cruddy gas in you car and experience all kinds of probems
