I just bought a 94 corvette, it’s a 5.7 lt1, 6 speed, it’s having trouble starting and the fuel pump isn’t kicking on, I have a pump relay that I just bought and I’m going to install, could that be the issue or should I check other things?
I have also drained the tank and put new fuel in it

Did you check to see if the actual pump is working
