Original plan was to buy a used truck but prices are crazy, can't do that now. But we still need a 2nd vehicle soon when I start my new job. Looking at minivans so we'd have some cargo ability (other car is a sedan) and still be family vehicle. Looking at Honda Odyssey's. Budget is around 10k, can push only slightly higher. I'm seeing 2010-2012 models with around 130-170k miles selling for anywhere between 8500 and 11k. Is this vehicle a smart buy with that mileage? In my price range in current market, it seems as pretty much any car I see is pushing around 150k in mileage.

I would lean toward the Toyota Sienna more. Some of the Odyssey's had transmission issues at higher mileage.
