I love your channel thank you! I have a 99 wind star snd it smells like gas the mechanic said it’s a fuel pump or o ring? The other mechanic says it’s not worth fixing it has a leak but i don’t see any puddles please help

If you are smelling gas inside the vehicle then its either the fumes coming up from where the fuel pump goes into the tank (the o ring) or the fuel lines or injector seals. Try to isolate if the smell if its coming from under the hood or near the fuel tank in the back. Should be located just in front of the spare tire on these.
