I need some help Identifying a Engine noise

HI there a while ago i bought me a Barn find, it was a 1 owner 2004 Buick Regal LS , belong to the guys mother, it had 97000 original miles  now has 99100 yes you read this right it has never been flipped or hit the hundred thousands . but now i get this on and off wired noise i can't quite place it myself . it usually at random and i can't for the like of me figure it out.

sorry i forgot to list vital information, some is a repeat 2004 Buick regal LS , 3.8 liter V6 , Automatic Transmission , with 99100 original miles.

All I'm hearing is some valve clatter.

Yep. As long as it doesn't get really loud you can just live with it.

interesting is that pretty normal for these GM engines to make this kind of  valve noise , anything i need to worry about i have never owned a car that has made this noise LOL. But GM is a bread all in it own.

Add a half quart of Lucas Oil Stabilizer at next oil change to see if it helps.
