Sounds like a lot of money for a 25-year old car which is bound to need work just due to age even if the major mechanical parts are sound. Might be OK at half that price and even then you'd want a good mechanic to go over it with a fine-toothed comb and a fancy scan tool.
Also the low mileage, while nice if true, is suspiciously low for a car that age. A Carfax report may provide a mileage record to help verify it.
