I want to reduce load on my engine, are there these parts for a '14 Coyote Engine?

I have a 2014 Mustang GT manual about 110,000 MI and I want to know if there is an electric water pump and electric air conditioning unit that I could replace with the mechanical ones driven by the belt? If so, what else would I need such as an extra battery or cutting a bigger hole or whatever?

For such project you will have to find an engine which doesn't drive those two elements with timing belt. Unless you find adjusted timing belt. Good luck getting a pump that would stick in.
